Condiments may be thought of as more an indulgent add to our foods but even this category is seeing more wellness focused items to meet consumer trends. Conventional Positioned items are still driving the most variance dollars but with minimal growth. Meanwhile, Natural Positioned items have less variance dollars but the highest growth. Cooking Sauces are driving the most variance dollars with modest growth, while Hot Sauce is second in variance dollars but with twice the growth. The remaining condiments have significantly less variance dollars and minimal to modest growth. See chart below:
