Todd Michael

Todd leads our very strong team of professionals in the Western Region, who continue to deliver exceptional results for our client and customer engagements, from headquarter and division sales to retail excellence at the shelf. Todd brings to Impact Group 26 years of experience. Most recently Todd was the Senior Vice President/Team Lead for the Intermountain Region at Acosta Sales and Marketing. He supervised a team of over 150 associates, representing over 110 clients for Albertsons Corporate, Albertsons Intermountain, Associated Foods and WinCo.

Prior to that Todd worked in various roles at Albertsons & SuperValu for 20 years. He started there as a Private Label Sales Manager for Albertsons Corporate and worked his way up through various positions, ending with Senior Vice President Merchandising & Marketing for the Intermountain West Division. In that role he supervised a team of more than 100 associates handling merchandising, operations, and marketing programs in the Intermountain West Division, with more than $3.5B in sales.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys many outdoor sports and playing golf. He coaches sports and club basketball. In his early life he played college basketball for University of Puget Sound and afterwards he coached and scouted for them for four years. Todd has two children with his wife, Leslie. He enjoys watching both of his kids play sports!
